RADIOS KNOBS SPEAKERS & THINGS

We went here last year to fix a botched stereo/rear camera install on my wife's van. Upon seeing the store, we expected the highest quality from them. We were shocked that the people we dealt with were rather rude and the fix took a very long time. When we finally picked up the vehicle and paid several hundred dollars we were still left with loose door panels and exposed wires. We never went back to have them fix the issues they left us because they were extremely hard to schedule with. I recently and stupidly decided to give them a call again due to the fact that they were listed as expert installers of a particular remote start I am looking for. I was quickly reminded that this is not the place for me. It was like pulling teeth trying to get information and would require a trip there and a deposit before I can even schedule and appointment. I immediately called Car Tunes and was greeted by an enthusiastic installer who scheduled me in right away. I am looking forward to working with them.

I recently bought a Wrangler Unlimited 4 door, to my dismay the car did not come with power locks (or windows). While I thought I would be able to deal with it, after a 10 degree day of my kids yelling at me to unlock the door I figured I needed a solution. My first call was to RKST, who not only were confident they could do it, but quoted me a price that remained the same throughout the process. I also added a remote car starter, which was also priced out well in advance and remained the price to the end. My only complaint (and its not really a complaint) is that the job took much longer than quoted resulting in me sitting around for a couple of hours after they closed waiting. I say this is not really a complaint because they were perfectionists and wanted it to be right before I drove away, all three employees stayed until the job was done, even though it was only the installer who was working on the project. These guys are so friendly, professional and honest I wish every business I dealt with was this great. Some of my other not so friendly reviews could learn from these guys!

There price was less than half of what the dealer was quoting. They repaired the radio and did fantastic job.

My power antenna failed to retract and they replaced it. When I visited them for an estimate I was impressed with their displays and the layout of their sales room which was clean, very professional and appealing. The estimate service was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. A week later they were ready for me at my 8:00 a.m. appointment and accomplished the job in one hour. It was a pleasure to experience the service and professionalism.

RKST was able to install in radio with a CD player and speakers working around 30 yr old wiring. They also were able to utilize my current attena and position the speakers for easy removal if I need the storage.

They have a very organized and professional service and definitely know what they are doing. I was in and out of their shop in no time. Every time I have gone to them I received the same unbelievable treatment and service.
