It went well, repair person showed up on time and performed inspection of system. Very professional and informative. Repairs were performed and recommendations were made as to the life of my current AC unit. Was able to recommend possible replacements and advantages of each recommendation. Would definitely recommend them for any repairs or replacement of HVAC systems.

As soon as it broke, we called and they were out here the next day very promptly. It’s kind of pricey. The quality was very good. They explained what was wrong and left me the parts. I’ve been using them for 20 years.

I don't remember exactly on when they came because it is fairly routine. I think it's personal service. It's a company where you can walk in and talk to people and they remember who you are. The quality is very good. I call them and they usually come the next day.

Installation went fine as expected. Two people worked on the installation of furnace and a/c and they did great job. Both polite and courteous and arrived on time for three days. They did a good job.

I called them at 8 AM and they were there at 12:30. They came recommended and they were just wonderful. They were very polite and efficient. I don't have too much to compare their cost to. It only took them 4 hours to get there. It wasn't an emergency call but they were still very prompt and even early. They called me and said they can be there in half an hour. I said I am almost there, so it was excellent. They fixed it within 10 minutes, so the quality of work was good. I plan on using them again.

I obtained a couple bids for the work and Trzos was very competitive. I also felt that Phillip Trzos was very friendly and knowledgable.
When I was far enough along in the project, I contacted them and set an install date. Their crew arrived on time and were very professional in the way the went about their work. The work couldn't be finished in a day, but they came back the next day and finished up. Everything was cleaned up and the work performed was very neat and complete.
I would recommend them to anyone needing heating, cooling or a new water heater.

They did an annual clean and check for my furnace as well as changing the filter on my humidifier. Prompt and professional. I have used Trzos a few times and have always been impressed with the technicians who come to my house. They answer my many questions, wear booties to protect my carpet, and are not rushed.

They were able to fix it even though the parts for the furnace were not available to the manufacturer. They also put in a new air conditioner. It is excellent. They did a really good job of getting it in. It was good workmanship.

They check our furnance once a year. I would highly recommend them. They also do air filters.

The guy showed up and was very nice and professional. He took a look at the thermostat and the water heater. His original thought was the thermostat which was digital was not compatible with the baseboard heating. He retrieved a non-digital thermostat from his truck and installed it. After the installation, he tested temperature changes but the system would not turn on. It turned out that the valve for the first floor baseboard heat seized up. The valve wasn't working which kept the chimney from opening and the water heater from firing up. Once this was discovered, the guy went down to the local store and picked up the part which he was then able to replace and the heater has been working ever since. The only part that annoyed us was that the part was charged to us at over $300 when looking it up online was around $125. The price of the visit itself was incredibly reasonable.

When I contacted Otto Trzos Company, Joyce handled my call. She was polite, professional, and able to get a technician out to our home the same day. Prior to calling Trzos, our furnace had been going out shortly after the burner ignited. Based on the error code the furnace was giving me, it appeared that I may have a big problem. We had just spent several hundred dollars on an auto repair, and I was not in any position to absorb anymore costs. However, Joyce assured me that their technicians would do a thourough check of the system and provide me with an easy to understand estimate.
The technician that showed up, I believe his name was Dave, was very professional. He took a look, and explained to mywife why he felt the furnace only needed a good cleaning. We always change our filters, and I do vacuum the area regulary, as well as keep it free of debris. However, I never thought to have a technician come and do a thourough cleaning of the furnace itself. Dave assured us this would fix our problem, and it did. He could have easily sold me on a new burner, igniter, etc., and I would not have known the difference. Needless to say, I was happy to spend the $112.00, and the furnace has worked perfectly since.
If you want an honest assessment of your heating and cooling needs, I would encourage you to call Trzos.

Salesman, owner, did not cover all the options I would like to have reviewed the first time through. Also, I had an estimate form Family Heating and Coolling. That salesman made me aware of options that I wanted, and I asked for and received them from Trzos. Trzos installation crew was the best - on time, careful and clean, thoughtful, and they did everything right. They included new fabric insulators, several additional filters, careful and thorough instructions for use. The owner made a $100 mistake on adding up his estimate - which I found at final payment, - and they accepted the quoted estimate without fuss.

Office personnel are pleasant and make an effort to accommodate; I needed my AC repaired on a day when we are expectng temps in the 90s AGAIN and they were able to schedule me for the same day. They phoned me a few hours after scheduling the appt to tell me service person could come earlier than scheduled if I was available, which I was available to do. Service person came when they said he would. He was courteous, thorough, didn't mind when I wanted to closely watch him work. Repair was performed efficiently and quickly because he had needed part available on the truck. He explained to me what he was doing and what was wrong, also discussed with me why part failed so I can prevent future problem. He also did some extra diagnostic stuff to make sure I would not have other problems with the unit. I have used this company several times before and recommend them highly -- all the people who work for them are pleasant and courteous and act like they really care that the customer is satisfied. I have never had any problems with the quality or price of their services.

Did a very good job and was very informative, explained very well what he was doing and what he saw that could become future issues. Only issue i had was i wanted AC and furnace completed same time to save money, that is what I had scheduled. Weather turned cool and could not complete the AC, wish they would have rescheduled because now it is going to cost me more in the long run.

They are always very very good. They always send out a coupon card for money. The price was $78 for the tune up and to check everything over. It is very reasonable. We would use their service again in the future.
