Fantastic. Jerry arrived on time and finished the repair in a reasonable amount of time. He was well-prepared and had all the parts he needed. He allowed my husband to vacuum areas you can't get to otherwise, while the pieces were taken apart and to sort of watch over his shoulder to see how a dryer comes apart and goes back together. We'd call him again, and recommend him to friends for appliance repair.
