Very well, quick and efficient.

We use them for fertilization and weed killer, we mow our own lawn. They come once a month for April through November. We've used them for a long time, for years. They're very good at what they do. Very responsive. They're all dressed in uniform, they're always very pleasant, they always leave you a little notice that they've put down whatever they've put down. Rather or not you have to keep the pets off of them and all of that.

Extremely impressed with their "sleuthing" skills. A number of zones had broken heads, etc., but one zone had multiple tree-root pinches and piping leaks due to tree roots. They worked tirelessly to find and repair the problems, and it was not simple. Very impressed! I don't know cost yet, so we shall see on cost...

It was great.  They were able to blow out our system and answer some questions we were struggling with.  I have used them for several years now and they are always punctual, polite and pleasant.

It has been good. The lawn isn't as great as it had in the past. He did mention it was because the type of grass. They leave a knocker on the door to let me know they've been there.

The guy that was doing the trimming missed part of the driveway because the guy was rushing him so much.

We can't say enough positive things about this company. We hired them mid-season and although we've not (yet) used them for lawn service, we are more than pleased with the professional care and commitment they made to us during this harsh winter season. They were timely (providing service at 2 inches of snowfall), efficient, prompt. Servicing us during the night shift made waking up to a plowed driveway an absolute delight! With the unusually high snowfall this season, we never had to worry about being inconvenienced by the weather. We highly recommend them (and have!) and look forward to working with them again next season.

The service and quality is top notch. West Michigan lLawn installed our irrigation system approximately 3 years ago. They couldn't have been more professional and pleasant to work with. The system has run great and we have used them for the winterization and spring start up since the installation. This past summer we added the fertilization and lawn treatment and later in the summer we had them start mowing the lawn. Same story as the installation of the system, great service and excellent work.

They are always excellent both in person and on the phone. The work is always high quality and performed in a very professional manner. They have even provided advice and help over the phone - I think they just enjoy their work and are very good at it. Any yard work we do will always be through West Michigan Lawn Services.

He is very hard working and I am very impressed with his services. Everyone should use him for yard work and lawn irrigation.

They came on time. Demonstrated to me what was done, and gave me instructions for better care of the system. They were in and out in no time. I would use them again...very friendly, courteous and readily gave advice on any questions regarding lawn care.

I know a lot of folks that use them around here. I have never had any problems, they are always punctual and get the job done. They do my snow plowing and I was able to negotiate a fair price for it.

Overall, it was a totally hands off experience. Now that the season has ended and my lawn looks better than before I used this company. I will certainly consider their services next season. I had thought of using a service this first year in my new home to get the lawn properly established and take over from there, but considering how nice a job they did, I will probably use them again since it was really convenient and at least to me the total cost was worth it. I am not sure if I could get similar results on my own, at least no consistently. I have about .75 acre of lawn so it would be a quite a job. I would recommend this company to friends.
