Waterways LLC

This service provider quoted a price over the phone while promising an itemized bill. Itemized bill was never provided and when checking with 2 other plumbers, we learned that we were charged 3x the customary charges for our job. This plumber would not respond to our inquiry or provide an itemized bill.

We called Waterways because our sub pump quit working and flooded the basement when the water softener was back flushing.  Terry was at a job working when I called. He said he could come when he was finished with that job.  He called back in the meantime to ask about the sub pump.  He was going to bring one that he thought would fit based on my husband's description.  He said he could exchange it the next day if necessary.  It wasn't necessary.  He called to tell us he was picking it up and would be here soon.  He was.  He installed it telling us it was the float that had malfunctioned .  The new one would not have that same float and would be much better.  Terry was a pleasant, friendly, efficient plumber who did great work!  

Terry was quick and professional when we needed help with our leaky toilet.  I couldn't have asked for better service!  We were leery of hiring someone to do what we thought WE could do, but I'm glad we did.  It was a small job, but well worth the cost to have it fixed quickly and correctly.  Thanks, Terry!

They started about 75 days ago & they have still not finish the job.  I have already paid them for materials and labor.  They have promised on numerous occasions to come and never show up and never call to let my know why are not coming.
