Two Men And A Truck

The lead mover was in a hurry - talking fast, not letting me read the contract before signing and initializing, etc. He decided the treadmill wouldn't be moved, and was quite agitated in talking about it. He then made a loud and ostentatious call to his supervisor about the treadmill. They moved the couch to the garage -- and we later discovered that they placed it 'front face' down onto the dirty floor in the garage. It is filthy. I refused to pay the full price since only half the work was done. The lead mover became even more agitated and told me to stop being so angry. When I tried to express my right to be unhappy, he abruptly got up and left the house without leaving any paperwork. When I called him back to leave the paperwork, he started recording me to 'prove' I was the problem. After he stormed out of my house, I called and talked to someone at the main office. After discussion, I was not charged. The sofa still needs an expensive cleaning.

Movers were prompt and professional with all items moved without issue. They worked quickly and efficiently in order to minimize the hourly rate charge. Both gentlemen were pleasant and courteous and mindful of working around remaining items in house. Would definitely utilize for future moves.

I had a box of broken dishes. It just wasn't good. Also had scratches on table and chairs. I had fine china. Some of it was packed good but most was sloppy. I would never use them again.

The move was excellent! The guys were really hard workers, and kept busy the entire time that they were moving. Our entire move took about 3.5 hours, and I was amazed at all the energy they still had by the end of it! Everything was carefully arranged, and handled gently while loading onto and off of the truck.

They used a dedicated truck and move was done in one day. (I rec'd quotes from other companies that were not only were going to charge quite a bit more.... my stuff would be comingled with another families items with unknown delivery date. i.e. Items may not be delivered for several days AFTER I moved.)

We had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck.  Our movers, Steve and David were highly efficient, professional and sensitive to our needs.  The office staff were also very professional and responsive.  The whole move was efficiently scheduled and completed with absolutely NO hassles.  Faced with some challenges getting a workbench down a tight flight of stairs, David and Steve demonstrated their ability to problem solve on the spot!   These men worked very well together giving evidence that they are a well honed team.  They even came in a bit under the original projection for time required.  If we ever move again, it will be with Two Men and a Truck, and we'll hope to work with Steve and David again.  We highly recommend this professional and efficient company located on Cork Street in Kalamazoo!

They were professional, careful and worked fast/steady.. My wife and I
were apprehensive about moving, but this crew did an excellent job
removing our items from the house, packing the truck and then placing
everything where and how we wanted it in our new home.
They worked well as a team and we just stepped out of the way and watched in amazement.
A fine group of gentlemen that took good care of our things and us.
Most of our furniture like bedroom bureaus, bookcases etc. were emptied and ready to be moved, but they were able to take apart a roll top desk and reclining chair that were heavy/bulky and put them back together at our destination.
They even  finished ahead of the estimated time the Estimator, Lori Boyd, gave us,. The Scheduler, Johnnie Outlaw, also did a good job keeping us informed of arrival times and  current with their schedule.

The workers were really good.  They had very little to pack themselves.  They treated my larger items with care.  They made sure everything was properly wrapped.  There was three to four guys that came out.  They were very prompt.  They only charge you for the materials used.  They were very professional and polite.  I tried to set up a pre-inspection with the  supervisor and we had a date for it and at last minute he had to cancel.

They were two hours late never called to say they be late. I always use Kuiper Brothers and book months out. Hard to do when selling a house. Scratched few pieces of furniture. Yes I know they drug test their employees but guys showed up late for my move were high and I am RN can't fool me. Kuiper Brothers went back to them book months out
