They have done excellent work for us. They are extremely conscious service. They do a very good job cleaning. They are not cheap. You could get other services for less, but you really do get what you pay for.

This guy and his crew came out and performed carpet cleaning on our basement carpet to remove rainwater. First, I had only wanted him to come in and look at the damage and give me a quote. But I wasn't home, so he came in and cleaned the carpet without giving me an estimate. Second, he charged $462.00 to clean one small room of carpet about 10x10 in area. I sent him a check for $250.00, which I thought was more than enough, and complained that he hadn't given me a quote first, and that his cost was very high. He took me to small claims court for the remainder. The judge ruled in my favor, though.
This company is VERY expensive for what they do, but the owner tries to tell you he gave you a good deal. No way would I ever hire them again.
