Phone Service - Cellular
They refused to let me out of my contract without paying, even though I got no service anywhere in my area. I had to go 10-12 miles down the road to make or receive phone calls. All I could do was text.

I like them. I have been with them for over 10 years. I am grandfathered under a really good rate with lots of bells and whistles. I have been willing to change that and they have been all right with them. They were very helpful at the store and they walked me through it. They got me in and out the door really fast. The case that I opted to purchase was $15 and it was not included in the package with the new phone. The experience was good and they were very professional. I will use the store again the next time I need a new phone.
