I filed a complaint against Rose Pest Solution, I have not heard anything it's almost 30 days this is not professional of this company I've payed out of pocket over $1500 hundred dollars and the company has no record of my monies after showing proof that I have received services for over a year I have not heard a response, so I'm out of monies and still awaiting treatment this not at all fair. I've contact bbb aswell as Michigan attorney complaint office.

We used Rose Pest Solutions due to their high rating on Google and they turned out to be worth every star. Our contact Bill Dinkins, was knowledgable and efficient, but above all he was honest about what our home needed. Instead of trying to sell us expensive packages like every other pest solution company, he was honest about the damage he saw on our home, letting us know it was merely the product of woodpeckers. Not knowing a thing about pest control, he could have easily sold us anything, but instead he recommended solutions we could try on our own and even did a quick spray of some regular ants in our backyard as well as a visual inspection of the inside of our home to make sure there was nothing else of concern. He did not even charge us a service call for his time. We were HIGHLY impressed with his integrity and knowledge. While thankfully we didn't need require major work this time, the next time we do have a pest control issue, Rose Pest Solutions (specifically Bill Dinkins) is the only company we will trust and can recommend it with complete confidence to anyone looking at service for themselves.

The service person was great...very friendly, explained what he was doung and why. Showed up when he said he would and stayed until the job was done. And let me know that future visits to take care of the same issue, if the first visit didn't competely get rid of them, would be free. I ultimately decided that it was a good price to sign up for the year-long service and have them back every 3 months to spray/dust/trap (inside and out) for all pests. And those appts have gone well, too. When they came last time, the rep was wiping all the spider webs off the eaves and side of my house. I chose not to have her come inside due to my pets, but that would have normally been part of the service. Overall, I like and trust them. I paid (As I recall) about $150 for the initial bee visit and then $115 for the next three quarterly visits. There are different plans and I chose the Gold Plan. That"s the price indicated below.

It went well. We had a poor experience with Terminix and fired them. At our wit's end we joined Angie's list to find a company with good reviews. The first guy came out and did a very thorough inspection. He said he was sure the treatment would work but since we have a log home he had another technician and manager come out to verify it. The process, including what was expected of us, was carefully explained and followed. We are bed bug free after 3 awful months

We are happy with them. They have done an incredible job. They were personable. The house is built on a cement slab, it actually is duplex and two houses built on the cement slab and they did a phenomenal job and anytime anything ever happened and we had a horrible problem previous to them coming with ants and so we ended up having some problems with ants again I don't know how they would getting in, but they came back out in between their normal visit with no extra charge and sprayed again. When he comes he sprays along the windows, sprays around the base of the house, sprays around all of the threshold coming into the house and coming into the garage. He does an amazing job and my husband likes talking to him and he like the thoroughness of what its done. I would use them again.
