Description of Work: Does not return Messages or Phone calls going back to last fall. I guess it's OK to take my money for large jobs but he doesn't want to be bothered by a small tree trim job. It just angers me when people don't return calls or messages. Gave him a great review for tree removals. Please take it down

Description of Work: They cut down a very tall cherry tree...there were other trees right by it that could have easily been destroyed but there was no damage to any of them

 + -1 moreThey arrived on time. We're courteous, professional, and worked very hard. Shawn and his team were very impressive.! They did a nice job cleaning up afterward too. You don't always see that. My neighbor was impressed and had them trim two of his trees too.
Description of Work: Removed I Giant Silver Maple, 1 large Ash, & 1 Large Maple tree. Priced competitively. I got an estimate from a competitor For $5,400. Shawn at Roots did the job for $3,200. Plus they had the recommendation of several neighbors.

He was also very honest about the job and that he could not cut Oak Trees right now but to call him in the winter and I would get a better price for the trimming and cutting down a Cherry Choke tree. Felt he was extremely knowledgable and honest. I will definately be calling him in November!
Description of Work: I called to get a price for cutting down some trees and to also trim some Oak Trees. I was very impressed with the owner and he called me right away to set-up a consultation.

 + -1 moreI had 3 estimates for the job. Roots tree service estimate was the least expensive. Crew was on time and professional. They did minimum damage to the plants surrounding the base of the tree. They cut the trunk into 18" lengths which I kept. They cleaned-up the remaining branches and the worksite. I would hire them again,

Description of Work: Awesome job taking out the ten trees contracted. Minor groves left in yard from trucks. Did break a couple sprinkler heads but easily fixed(especially since I forgot to mention them). All guys where great and clean up job was above the call of duty. I will be having more trees taken down in future and I will call no other!

 + -1 moreThey were very prompt in coming out and quoting a price. Very flexible on work to be done and negotiation of price. They were able to complete the work the very next day. They were quick in getting the work completed, and the work performed was very clean. They were better priced and the most prompt of the three quotes we requested. I'll definitely call them in the future for tree work!
