Provider explained everything and was continually ON SITE! He answered any questions we had before, during and after construction. Most impressive was not only final appearance  but he used very high quality subcontractors, top materials, and finished ON TIME!  This was vital! He also made sure everything on construction site was clean EVERY SINGLE DAY when workers left! NO MESSES! He worked very well and cordially with other contractors performing other functions!

Still looks great! High quality workmanship and shingles! Did in 1-2 days! We have reasonably large home!

Mark did a huge amount of research to find the most cost effective way to give us a pergola over a deck that is an entire story above the ground (over a walk-out). We didn't want wood that had to be painted and couldn't use vinyl over a deck...no good way to secure it and have it be a permanent structure. We came up with a great solution. It looks beautiful and his crews are exceptionally classy. The guys are neat and super-polite. They even let me borrow their gorilla cart because they saw me carrying big rocks around the house.  The workers even laid a few misplaced pieces of sandstone at the base of the stairs to the deck so they wouldn't track sand up onto the deck. They are truly special!

I called Pulver Contruction to get an estimate on the labor to replace the siding on my home.  I was out of town when he came to do the estimate and he spoke with my adult son.  Mr. Pulver called me 3 times while I was out of town to be sure I got the estimate and to answer any questions.  He wasn't at all pushy, just very conscientious.  I had estimates from 2 other companies and his was vastly less than one and quite a bit lower than the other.  My son had a favorable impression of him when he was doing the estimate and I felt the same from our phone calls.  I was a little hesitant to go with Pulver Construc simply because their price was so much lower, but I decided to hire them.  I'm so glad I did.  Mr. Pulver came out on the day scheduled for the work to be completed and stayed until the workmen arrived.  It was a terribly cold and snowy day and I was concerned for the workmen. They assured me they were fine and they worked diligently all day and did an excellent job.  I would recommend Pulver Construction.

Mark finished the entire project while we were out of town. It was exactly what we had talked about. Every detail was  as I had asked for it to be. He left everything pristinely clean. After returning home and seeing the beautiful new entry to our house, we noticed that the floor had settled under our fireplace because a family-member had cut out smelly rotten flooring. The settling caused a major crack across our entire brick fireplace. Mark came in and fixed the fireplace at NO COST. He is such a GREAT guy!

He was on top of EVERY detail. He was extremely reliable and trust-worthy. He allowed family members to be involved in other projects on the same property and was helpful to my father in trouble-shooting as we worked to completely gut and renovate a 1950's cottage. Every crew member that he hired was a class act. Good quality human-beings that worked hard and were extremely reliable. Mark was the lowest of three bids we got. He had been highly recommended, so we took a leap of faith and couldn't be more pleased.
