Steve did a great job of delivering a perfect even finish on the woodwork, which was our key concern as there were large flat areas that would show any brush/spray strokes or un-evenness.  He had to battle some humidity conditions due to needing to have the A/C off during spraying and the time of year, but was very professional in communicating and problem-solving.  He and his crew were also very considerate of the new hardwood floors and having children living in the house during the project and did a good job of sealing off the room and cleaning up after themselves.  He even was flexible about coming back to touch up some minor flaws that we noticed.

They were wonderful!  I can’t think of anything they could have possibly done to make it a better experience for me.  They did the front and back of the door leading to my garage as well as a hallway.  Brad was excellent!  The owner came out as well and was helpful in helping me articulate exactly what I wanted done, and he was also great in honoring the Deal even after it expired.  He supervised and managed his staff very efficiently and I was very impressed.  The painter that did the work was very meticulous and extremely professional.  Highly recommended!  They weren’t the cheapest (and the owner was upfront about it) but the quality is there for the price.

They did a great job!  Steve's team showed up everyday in a timely manner and were very professional.  They took care to cover furniture and flooring, ensuring that nothing was damaged.  We were very happy with the job that was completed.  When having work done in my home, I most times will have a service provider come back to finish, touch up or repair their work.  I never had to call Premier to come back as it was done correctly the first time around.

This job wasn't anything less than perfect.  From the inception to the finished product it just looks fantastic.  I'm so glad I found their services.  After having many painters in my 14 years of living in Kalamazoo, none did it better than Premier.  I highly recommend them and their services as well as the fact that I will definitely use them for all future painting needs.

We obtained bids from 3 companies for the work needing to be done in our home - one company didn't even measure the rooms or take any notes on what we wanted done and they were the most expensive estimate, the second company was less expensive but the owner wasn't going to do 2 coats and kept telling us that we could "add on" if needed once the work was being done - so we figured we were going to be "nickeled and dimed", the third company was Premier Professional Painting - which we were really impressed with.
It was very nice working with Steve and his employees.  When we inquired about an estimate Steve was very thorough in explaining what was involved in their painting process (sanding down walls, fixing imperfections, taping, moving of furniture, covering up floor/furniture, etc..) as well as what type of products they would be using.  Since we wanted to keep the expense to $3500 he was willing to work with us on how to accomplish the most work for our money.  We had a couple of the bathrooms that needed repair where the towel racks were, the master bathroom and master bedroom that had imperfections at the top of the walls due to previous owner's obsession with wallpaper border and it not being removed correctly....  They did a wonderful job making all of the walls look new again.  Aaron (one of his employees) did a major portion of the work at our home - he was very polite, courteous and professional.  Since Steve appears to be somewhat of a perfectionist and takes pride in his work - he even filled in ceiling trim work in our dining room so it would look right, at no additional cost to us.  I would definitely recommend them to others.

The project went great.   I've used Premier in the past to paint the exterior of my home and was even more impressed with their interior work.  Part of the project was to paint the entire kitchen, including the cabinets.  I was not sure if painting the cabinets was the right decision initially, but couldn't be happier with the result.  My kitchen is made from Knotty Pine and looked like a cabin.   I was concerned that you would see the knots and the surface would not be smooth, but the results were fantastic.  It looks like I have a new kitchen.  My bathroom was another concern because I recently had it remodeled, but decided to paint the room myself.  I used paint that I had purchased a couple years ago and the paint ran down the wall.  It looked like my walls were melting.  After they finished, the "melting" was gone.  I have more projects in the future and will definitely use them again.
