"[Member Name Removed], at the estimate it was stated that the clean could take up to a certain amount of time and after the first clean you and your husband both seemed very very happy with the work. After scrubbing and scrubbing the stove grates and toilet seats, I didnt want to rack up a giant bill for something that just wouldnt come clean, I even soaked the grates in Easy off for over an hour and removed the toilet seats to clean but they were stained and the few spots on the kitchen floor were burn marks. You and your husband were so happy about the first clean that you called for a second clean. The second clean took less time and was thorough. There was no indication that you were upset about our cleaning. It isnt fair to my business that almost 3 weeks after the cleans you leave me a bad review. We did what you asked and more. Your husband was so happy about the work he even gave us a huge flat screen T.V. Im not sure why you'd leave a bad review weeks later but I am sorry you were disappointed but like I said you and your husband both expressed how happy you were about the cleaning right after we were done."
