They didn’t do a good job I called and they won’t fix the problem

First of all, there was a mix-up in the day scheduled for the work. At first, I assumed it was my mistake, but after the other issues I am not so sure. Most of the work was satisfactory; but some damage was done to our home due to too much pressure (The reason we hired a professional was because we knew this could happen; otherwise we would have done it ourselves.) It took several days to reach a person at the company to discuss the damage that was done to the trim around our garage door, garage lights etc. When we finally contacted someone, he said that he would send someone out. He also indicated that the company policy was to have the homeowner inspect the job before payment. He acknowledged that the crew told him they "forgot" to have us do that. We did not discover the damage until later in the day. The "promise" to send someone out was made over SIX WEEKS AGO. A week ago we sent a registered letter to the company, with detailed pictures of the damage that had been done. We still have not heard from anyone at this company. We have Pella Windows, where the storm windows are on the inside. The first concern was that water was found between the storm window and the regular window, indicating that too much pressure was probably used. That problem was easy to correct; we just removed all the storms and washed the windows. But the damage that was done to the trim around the garage door may possibly require replacement of some pieces of the wooden trim. (We have not done anything because we have been waiting for the company to some and inspect the damage.) At the least, the trim will need to be sanded and repainted. Additionally, the vinyl plates on which the outside garage door lights are mounted was severely damaged and will need to be replaced. But the worst part of this is not the damage; but the lack of response from the company. We used the company in the past, over 10 years ago. But we will never use them again.

I am not one to put down negative reviews about any company but people need a heads up about this business. Years back when I had started using them they were punctual and did a good job. Now they are no longer at the address on Portage Street and many do not even know this. They have run ads in the local Great Deals Magazine with coupons for power washing decks and houses. My big question to them would be why they are doing this when they do not have the resources to take on any new jobs. I had contacted them because of the coupon only to get told the price on the coupon was only if you were using a clear seal. I do not see that information in the ad/coupon. They arrived and managed to power wash the deck but a week later I am still trying to find out if they will make it back to complete the job. Even though I was told they would and was given days when they would I would not recommend them to anyone who needs a deck done or house power washed either. They have sadly become very unreliable. I hope no one does what I did a couple of years back and actually pay for their services before it gets completed. No money should be given to them until they complete the job!

First of all they were late(41/2 hours late), they did not have the proper equipment, ex: no ladders( we live in a 2 story). When asked how they planned to clean the upper story they replied, "If we can't reach it from the ground we don't clean it". They never covered the bushes or flowers which they were walking all over, they talked on their phones all the time they were here. When it became obvious they were doing more damage than cleaning, we paid them $200. and told them to pack up and leave immediately. They then went to our neighbors and offered to do their homes, fences, and decks, all for $200.00. No one took their offer. Lucky for the homeowners. The first time they cleaned our home we were very happy with their work and some of our neighbors and family hired them and were also happy. But after the experience we had in 2012 we would not recommend their services to anyone.

They were late, and never called. They broke 2 things and never mentioned it. I had to call them back to fix a broken flood light (they threw part of it away and I found glass on the ground) which is what tipped me off to look up and saw the light was broken. There was still mold on the house.

In process of washing house outdoor faucet was broken which resulted in flooding basement. No offer to fix or clean up damage - had to hire plumber to fix the damage. Never finished job even thoujgh promises wered made to return and complete the job. Left with stain I purchased which he later returned by dropping it at end of driveway. Wanted payment in full but I only paid for the initial house wash - wise move on my part since he never finished he job.

Christopher Rooney (owner) submitted quote and started the job on May 23rd. He showed up late for the quote and had an excuse which I accepted. He did power wash the house and deck (not a professional job) but also managed to break my outside faucet which resulted in flooding my basement. Windows are streaked as a result of the product he used. He did not complete the deck staining that evening, I paid him half what he requested and he promised to return the next day to complete job. Did not show for follow-up appointment and when called said he had a medical situation with his father-in-law. Again, I believed him and he gave me a date for completion of the job for the next day which he again did not keep. I had two gallons of stain which I purchased for the job and he took off with it and when confronted with the disappearance of the product he said he would return it - which he has not done as of yet. Further investigation into this matter reveals that Christopher Rooney's home phone (349-1474) listed in his advertisement has been disconnected, the building on Portage Street has been torn down and he was put in the Grand Rapids jail after the time he started my job . My deck is unfinished, I feel I have been scammed, and I have since employed a reliable service company to complete this job.

Gave them an F because after leaving a message (4/30/12, 10:21 am) about powerwashing service, I never heard from them. We ended up just doing it ourselves.

Appointment given next day after call. Arrived a bit late, but did call. VERY professional and did a wonderful job. They also did windows!! Cannot say enough about what a great job they did. Will definitely use them again
