Pennings Handyman

At first, the gentleman from Pennings was prompt and professional. The estimate was reasonable, and i gave them the deposit. Once that happened, everything hit the brakes. I realize items need to be ordered, but all i required was a phone call to let me know what was going on. As of last week, all contact was from my side, and multiple phone calls go unreturned. the last time i finally spoke to someone, over a week ago, I was promised a call in 1-2 days with an update. Still waiting. I wrote a letter asking for my deposit back, no reply. poor customer service, very unprofessional. I know they do much bigger jobs, but if a small job cantle done, just say so and I would have found someone else. I am extremely disappointed.
