Originally everyone thought it was the alternator, but it was later determined to be the water pump. The loud ratting noise is gone and I was happy to get my car back the same day.
Description of Work: Replaced water pump and serpentine belt.

 + -1 moreI stopped in to ask about prices and services. Spoke with Greg. He was very professional and had excellent customer service. I had not planned on actually having servic done that day since I did not have an appointment, but he said he could fit me in. I left my car with him and came back after work. He greeted me at the desk, reviewed what they found with my car and gave recommendations. I appreciated his very matter-of-fact manner. Very good service. I will definitely be going back in the future.

 + -1 moreService was great, they did all work within the expected time frame. They actually forgot to tighten my brake lines back up once they were done with the wheel bearings but I took it back and they fixed it without a problem, no questions asked. Very nice employees.

 + -1 moreI was having issues with my brake light always on, and when I pressed on the brakes, the lights would turn off. i did not havean appoinment but they squeezed me in, and i got out of there in 2 hours. very friendly and honest. which is hard to find when you go to an auto shop always.

 + -1 moreEveryone is always friendly, willing to explain what they need to do and take excellent care of my car. It also helps that they are at a convenient location.
Description of Work: This last time I went to OTTO KIHM TIRE & AUTO SERVICE was for an oil change. For the past few years this is the only place that I take my car for routine service and repair. In the past and again in the near future I will need the extension Honda maintenance completed. Unlike the dealer for instance, they run through the list and repair or replace ONLY what needs to be done.
