Nicole Milan

We have had four different cleaning ladies throughout our life, and Nicole is far and away the best!  I found her by searching Angie's list and she was recommended to me by another cleaning lady on Angie's list whose schedule was full.  This service provider vouched for Nicole and said she had sub-contracted work to her in the past.  We gave Nicole a try back in April, and she has been cleaning for us every week since.
Nicole is dependable, consistent, and trustworthy--the three things I look for most when I choose someone to clean my home.  I am gone at work while Nicole is in my house, and I am completely comfortable with her being in my home alone.  She communicates by text very well, and she takes feedback and direction like a professional.  I feel perfectly comfortable telling her if she is missing something or if she has cleaned something poorly.  These instances are the exception, though.  She really does a great job cleaning and it is such a nice feeling to come home every Thursday to a wonderfully clean house.  Nicole even does a light "declutter" around the house when I am rushed and don't have time.  She really is the best.  I highly recommend her.  I have also referred her to a co-worker who has started using her services, and my co-worker is equally pleased.  The final testament to Nicole's level of work is that she passes the "mom" test: my Mom thinks this is the best cleaning lady we've ever had, too!
