Very disappointed. I expected top quality for top price and got poor service and third party installation, which took 2 weeks instead of the quoted 3 days.  Modern used to offer good service but they have really gone downhill. We were under the impression that they themselves would install our floor, which is why we paid so much, but they subcontracted the job and never came to supervise or even check the final work. We had to call repeatedly to complain about the delays, shoddy spots, and lots of waste left on our premises, in addition to lots of dirt, ie dirty walls. The installation company did not clean up after themselves at all, and Modern refused to come out, they just kept sending the sub-contractor back again.  I was extremely frustrated by having to continuously deal with a third-party, the subcontractor, whom we were not paying directly. 
Modern charged us a very hefty premium over the cost of purchasing the tiles directly and purchasing the installation directly, and they didn't add any value. We certainly won't return to Modern. 

I called and relayed that I had a house I needed to get ready to sell, and it would need new carpeting.  Within a week I had an appointment at the house for measuring.  I told him what I had in mind -- neutral colors selected to coordinate with the brick fireplace, keeping everything as inexpensive as possible.  Sales person was able to provide a quote to me within a a few days, and nearly all the items were from inventory.  Samples of the selected carpets were sent to me, and I stopped in to office to select vinyl patterns.  
Installation was scheduled and the job looks FANTASTIC!
