I have had positive experience with them. They have excellent customer service, they are prompt, and they have fair pricing.

I should have called them first. They were everything this other business was not. Professional, prompt and dependable. The cost was much more reasonable and the service was outstanding. Within 2 weeks a huge number of mice were gone, and he kept coming back when he said he would to check and rebait. I'm in a maintenance program now where every few weeks he returns. He even helped block a couple of areas he thought they were entering and suggested a few other places. The chewing, digging and scurrying noises in the walls and attic is gone, no more rodent parties in the basement. Every so many weeks I call and ask him to check bait and traps and it is for a very reasonable cost. I'm very happy with their service. They will even find and block entry points for an additional cost, but I'll wait until later in the year to do that. I paid $200 for the initial visit and that included checking and rebaiting the traps the first couple of weeks. When the # died down it was $40 per maintenance visit. I highly recommend this company and I intend on contacting them again for other future pest control needs.

Called back for a bee problem,responded next day and bee issue taking care to our satisfaction

Very impressed! There was a REAL person answering the phone. Request for quick service was relayed to the exterminator and he was at our house the same day. Yellow jacket nest was sprayed that day with a follow-up 3 days later. Bees were entirely exterminated. Very happy with their service and work. Would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Very excellent service and very friendly and professional.
I was worried that we might have termites under our deck because I saw what I thought were dirt tunnels that termites like to build. I called Mite-E Exterminating and they offered free termite inspections for home owners as long as you're not in the process of selling your home.
The owner and another employee came out shortly afterward and inspected the area I thought had termite activity (thankfully it was not termites) and they inspected the inside of our house as well just in case. No signs of termites anywhere.
They gave us an estimate to do monthly spraying for bugs as well as setting up about 10 termite bait stations around our house and to have the stations checked monthly for termite activity.
It was a very reasonable price for a little peace of mind that if termites do find their way to our yard they will hopefully feed on the stations first and can be killed before they cause any serious damage. Also the termite service includes killing any termite infestation that might occur in your home as well, so that's nice as well.
Also the bug spraying is nice too. The service also includes setting up live catch mouse traps around the house if you happen to have mice, which our yard frequently does.
The employees who come out on a monthly basis are always very friendly and thorough, they have knocked down and sprayed a couple of wasp nests they have found.
I highly recommend this company.

Looked around basement and specifically at what I had thought to be a problem with wood boring bees.  Determined that any damage was old and that there was no active infestation at all.  Did not charge for the inspection.
Had called the office approx 10 this am.  Rep (Ryan) called back and came approx 3 this afternoon.  Very professional.

It went great, they were very flexible with the time and generally wanted to treat the problem early as to not let it get out of control and cost a lot of money. I even had a schedule change and was not able to be there when he first got there but did the treatment and let me know how it went.

Returned home from vacation on Sunday and discovered large hornet’s nest over front door and attached to outdoor light fixture. Called Mite-E Exterminating Monday morning. They came Monday afternoon, destroyed the hornets and removed the nest. Very prompt and we appreciate their service.

Josh was prompt and interested in listening to my situation. He was careful to explain my options and did not push the sale. He honestly explained that finding entry points for mice was really hit or miss when you don't have an active infestation.
Josh committed to come back in 3 weeks to validate the effectiveness of his treatment plan. Based on that review he may adjust the treatment plan.
