I received Jeff's name through a friend of mine who had work done also. I have my 94 year old father and 92 year old mother living with me and I needed to update some things for them. Jeff came and looked at my bathroom situation and told me what my options were for making it handicap accessible. He has a designer that laid everything out for me so I knew what the final project would look like. ( I needed the picture visual!!) He gave me my bid within a week and it seemed pretty reasonable. ( We cant have everything for free!) once I signed the contract the crew was in my house about a week later tearing out what needed to go. They took care of everything from getting the material and installing it and hauling away the old. The crew did an amazing job. I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. The one thing I really would like to share with all who is reading this..... Everyday that the guys worked, they came in and sat down with my parents. That would sit with them and talk about who knows what! They would catch up for a few minutes or so then start working!! They treated me and my family so nice!!! I have since called them for other things that have come up and they are always willing to come out as soon as possible to take care of me. They are all very respectful and a joy to be around. I have some future work I need done and I will be giving them a call for sure! Sincerely, Paula
