Original visit resulted in a diagnosis of a bad water pump. Replaced water pump and vehicle was okay for a couple of days and then overheated worse than before. Took it back and the subsequent diagnosis was blown head gasket. Manager said he would discount my original cost to install the water pump against the head gasket replacement. Replaced both head gaskets, intake gaskets, etc., refilled coolant and to date the vehicle is performing normally. I did have to go back a couple weeks later because I noticed a hood seal was missing. They had it and installed immediately.

The manager was very professional and worked with me to break up the overall repair over 2 separate dates to ease the financial burden. He told me what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait. He communicated with me when my pick-up time for my car was pushed back due to an unexpected part breaking, and they replaced the part they broke when taking my car apart at no cost to me. Overall I was very happy with the service I received and will go there again for future car repairs.

I chose them because they were close-by and they had good reviews online. I would recommend them. Everything about them seemed great. They were able to take care of my brakes right away. They are good if you need same day service. I don’t have any basis of comparison when it comes to their price.

Of course this all happens on a Friday night. I was able to call them and have it repaired that Saturday afternoon. If we had used the Mercedes dealer, we would have been waiting to get the part until Tuesday. I feel that this place always provides outstanding service and gets it done when you need it.

I took my Subaru Forester in for a free inspection because the dealership recommended I get new front brakes and an alignment. The technicians at Lentz took it for a test drive and inspected all the brakes. The brought me out and showed me the brakes and explained what was needed. They also told me that I did not need an alignment, I just need to rotate my tires more frequently. I appreciated their honesty. They gave me a quote, got me in immediately, and the final price matched the original quote. Their price was in line with other places I had gotten quotes from (and cheaper than the dealership). I would recommend this garage to anyone.
