Communication was great, work was completed efficiently and they were even able together the work scheduled earlier than originally thought. All debris was cleaned up and we even received a follow-up call regarding our satisfaction with the job.

I spoke to Ben Yost on the phone requesting an arborist to evaluate a tree in my front yard that would only grow leaves on half the tree. He showed up promptly at 8:30 the next morning an informed me about my Ash that had been attacked by the Ash Bore. Sadly, it was beyond saving. However, he spent the next 45 minutes telling me about every tree and bush on my property giving me several helpful tips. There is a charge for the evaluation (at that time $49) but the charge is applied toward any services. I received a quote in a few days to remove my dead Ash and replant a 12 ft maple in its place. His crew, led by Mark, another Arborist showed up promplty a few weeks later and with a crane removed my tree and ground the stump. The entire crew introduced themselves and were very friendly. Unlike tree removal companies, this company, because they are Arborists take great care in dealing with every aspect of your landscape. They dug out the stump grindings and took great care not to damage the surrounding lawn. The next day they planted my new beautiful Frank's Red maple after working with me to pick the right spot to shade my home in the future. They added a mulch ring and completely raked away any debris, added new topsoil and grass seed to the surrounding area. Like any job, there are some damages that can accidently occur. Unfortunately, while digging the hole they accidentally hit the sprinkler line and the bobcat left a few ruts in the neighbor's lawn since it had rained the entire week before. (The tree was located close to the property line.) I phoned that evening to explain the situation and Mark and his crew were back early the next morning to correct both issues and even left a card with the neighbor to make sure he was satisfied. The responsiveness and professionalism were outstanding. They made sure they left as little a footprint as possible. Overall I was very pleased. They were a little more expensive but gave the level of service expected for the extra expense. I would recommend Lanscape Arborist Services to my friends and family.
