Infinity Cleaning Services

The crew cleaned the house relatively well - a two and maybe 3 person crew. The owner boasts that they are below the national average for charging per hour of cleaning - but on the flip side it appears that they take their time cleaning (or as it appeared to me). They kept raising the cost every so often claiming that it was taking a long time to clean, yet nothing had really changed with the condition of the house - it certainly wasnt any dirtier than the times that they cleaned it before. The last time the price raised 30% and they said I would be good for "several years". After the virus shutdown was lifted somewhat, the owner announced yet another major increase. I replied to her and reminded her of the frequency of her last pay increases - yet she insisted that there needed to be an increase. I declined and instead found a cleaning crew that will do the same great job for a price that is much more reasonable - and they dont take nearly as much time doing it. I believe in paying people a fair price for honest work (and maybe a little bit more), but in this case I felt that I was being over-charged and I didnt feel comfortable with their pricing "strategy".

The end work product is very good to excellent. The house looks and feels really clean after they come. Their pricing is high to me. Higher than I was paying with another company and with the higher price I also have to supply my own cleaning products so that gives them a lower score. We should have gone over payment arrangements when we first metbecause we were used to be invoiced monthly and I think this company is used to being paid per cleaning. We just opted to handle payment this way, but Renae did give me the option to be invoiced monthly when I expressed that this was the way we were used to paying.

Renae and her cleaning team are very professional, trustworthy, punctual, friendly, and dependable. Infinity has been cleaning my house weekly for several years and it is always consistent! I trust all her employees and would recommend to anyone!! I find Infinity's rates very competitive and am constantly surprised at how much they do!! Always going above and beyond for their customers.

Renae and her team are very responsible, professional and personable. I will definitely be contacting them again!

Infinity Cleaning has been cleaning our home for the past several months.  Renae and her well trained team arrive once a week to dust, mop, and vacuum the house and thoroughly clean the bathrooms and the kitchen.  The training Renae has provided for her staff is obvious.  They work systematically and efficiently with attention to detail.  Renae has set high standards for the work Infinity does and she and her team take pride in their work.  I appreciate both the job they do and their professional approach.  They come in with smiles and friendly greetings and then get right to work.  There is no time wasted by this team!  Renae seeks and  appreciates feedback about the work being done in our home.  It?s obvious her goal is to meet my expectations. That makes me a very satisfied customer! I highly recommend Renae and Infinity Cleaning.
