He came in on-budget and on-time. We call him when we have an issue and his subcontractors are just as dependable. He's got both an engineering and an architectural degree, which makes him worth waiting for, because the structure of the house is just great. He used materials that were top-of-the-line. For example, the joists, he didn't use the glued-together particle board joist, he used 12 inch boards as joists, and those are the slowest burning if we were to have a fire. So, if you use the solid-wood 12 inch joists, you've got a house that will burn slowly enough that you'll be able to get out.
