She was wonderful in getting the drapes installed soon after we had new windows installed. The fabric ended up heavier than expected so I requested a different rod and Jan didn't even question my request and had the rod replaced.
Jan is a professional who does not push her ideas but worked with me so in the end I had something I really liked and looked great!
