Tell us the story from start to finish (10,000 character limit): They called several days before my appointment to let me know which day they would be coming. They also called the day of to say when they would be arriving. The technician , Todd, was very friendly and explained the chemicals used & what they would do. He allowed me to ask questions and gave me information about why certain pests show up in the Fall. For the rest of the weekend I didn't see any bugs..hooray!!
