Jeff Smith is a full service contractor. From aiding us in building site selection to providing valuable insight to interior design, Jeff was there. Unlike other builder horror stories, we had a zero punch list of issues when the home was completed. He was respectful of the building budget and partnered with us to help us stay within our budget.
