To start the technician told me about different tires that would work on my vehicle, pros, cons and prices and about a rebate available. After making the purchase, he told me the approximate wait time, which was fairly accurate, and did the work.

My college-aged son had a flat tire. He was prepared to buy a new tire. The guys at
Discount Tire said it was still a good tire and they would look for the
leak/hole first. The found a nail, fixed the leak and did not charge him
anything. We will be going back again!

My experience with them was excellent. They use the same kind of products. The service was friendly and quick. I never had an issue with them. They did their job.
