DISCOUNT TIRE CO

It's new and I have had a good experience with them in Kalamazoo Michigan. The tires were expensive for my Toyota truck. They have reasonably priced tires. They are good with service. In and out. I have been happy with no problems. If I have problems I take it back and they deal with it. They are good.

I bought winter tires from a different Discount Tire shop and I had a tire that was badly leaking air. The shop on Stadium Drive was the closest one to me at the time. They said that it in fact was not a problem with my tire but that I had and quot;crackedand quot; my aluminum rim. So, they said that I would have to order a new rim. They told me that they would have it in 2 days. After the 4th business day I finally called them and they said that the rim had and quot;just arrivedand quot; to their shop. The following day I went there and they supposedly changed the rim. It took them almost 3 hours to get my car in and remove the donut tire and put the tire with new rim onto my car (they said they would switch the tire over prior to my arrival). The following morning my tire was once again flat! So this time I took the car back over to the Gull Road shop (where I originally purchased my tires). Long story short, the manager at Gull Road (Andrew) went over to Stadium Drive himself and went through their invoices and stock and found that they still had the brand new rim sitting in their stock! They tried telling me that they didn't see anything out of the ordinary in their invoicing and that I was just going to have to purchase another rim because I had and quot;bentand quot; the new one already! All I did was drive it home!! Thank God for Andrew on Gull Road! He took my brand new rim with him back to Gull Road and for 1 1/2 hours of waiting, I got what I originally paid for and have had no problems with it since. The Stadium Drive shop was just trying to swindle me out of another $260.00!!! I was furious and I will NEVER return to that location!!!

We bought a set of BF Goodrich Long Trail T/A tires for our 2008 Saturn VUE from Discount Tire. Admittedly I haven't had them rotated as often as recommended, but the service was done free of charge. The technician who helped me recommended I think about new tires soon, which is good advice since the tires have over 60k miles and the tread is getting low. I've gotten tires here in the past for my 1977 Olds Omega and had good experience also.

Service was great! It took a little longer than expected but it was manageable. They also recommended us to a great alignment shop. It's great to see business helping one another.

I bought some new tires, and traded the car eventually, went back with a soft tire, and they fixed it no charge.

I like the service of Discount Tire Co. They took care of me. Rotation and balancing are always free. They are service-oriented.

They are typically professional, on time and their rates are reasonable.

I’ve always had a good experience with them. They get me in and out fairly quickly. They also take appointments if necessary.
