Lawncare Supervisor very insensitive and did not repair damages satisfactorily yet?

It was fine. I think that the aeration was over priced along with the overseeding. Each of the were $118.

Not so good. The end product is good but struggled starting with getting an estimate. Estimator did not appear to be experienced. Called and scheduled for an estimate. After inspection, was told I should receive estimate in a few days. Over two weeks, I received nothing. Called and left a message. Received a very vague estimate. Called a few times trying to verify they were going to do what I was requesting. I agree to have work and was told I needed to put a payment down before work scheduled. I called office and used credit card to pay deposit. I was told I would receive a call. Time goes by and no word. I called and was told I was on the list but time frames vary and it might be in May. I was told they would call me a week before etc. On a Monday morning a little before 8 I receive a voice message indicating they would be out in a few minutes. They were at my door a few minutes after 8 am. I explained I did not know they were coming to do work that day. Worker asked if MIDIG was called. They did not call and I had not called. I didn't call since I did not know when they would be doing the work. The supervisor stated they would work in the back yard that day. They would call Mis Dig. The next day they came back and started the work in the front yard. I asked about MisDig, they said they were told to do the work. I provided them a map for my sprinklers. A little while later, my cable and internet went out. Note I work from home. I had to use a MIFI to continue my work. They ended up cutting the line 4 times. They fixed it but I was concerned about the quality since it had been spliced so many times. The worker wanted me to stay until he fixed the cable but I had to leave. I called and explained my concerns. I was told they would contact my cable/internet service. They called back and said they scheduled a repairman to come out and check line. They said the cable company said it should be fine. The next day the cable/internet company came. Lectured me about not calling MisDig. I asked them if the line was ok with the repairs and I was told no. The line had to be replaced due to the amount of splices etc. DeVisser did agree to pay for the repairs. Next I had my sprinklers turned on and found out that DeVisser damaged my sprinkler lines 3 separate times. Note I had given them a sprinkler map from the company that installed the sprinkler system. They didn't even tell me that they had damaged those lines. I know the workers felt uncomfortable due to doing the work prior to MisDig having a chance to come out and mark the lines and probably didn't want to tell me that they also damaged the sprinklers which they had a map.

They're out every year, every spring and summer. They do the over seeding and aeration, grub cleanup, just about all kinds of lawn maintenance. For the year it's $400. They seem very knowledgeable, very friendly.

Overall very happy with the job. Professional employees and very easy to work with. Job was done in a timely manner to our satisfaction. Will definitely use again.

This is an amendment to my review of a retaining wall job that originally did not go so well....the wall has since been torn down and rebuilt to the quality standard I anticipated when I first hired the company...as soon as the owner became aware of this problem he made things right immediately and exceeded my expectations of a quality job....and in the end this is a company I would hire again.

....a very terrible job..They dragged their feet and acted like they had never built a retaining wall or steps before. The wall they built leans out the wrong way.. no inward slope as I requested (stating what should have been the obvious) The wall leaning the wrong way has created gaps from the wall to where the sidewalk is. The ends of each step have large gaps due to incorrectly sized steps. The gaps are 3-4 inch wide and collect leaves and other debris and also allow for the fill dirt behind them to wash out allowing the sidewalk above to sink. The wide steps to the walkout pitch backwards and hold water 1-2 inches deep instead of a slight pitch forward to allow for drainage.....the pieces chosen for the finishing work were very shoddy. They showed no level of pride in their work. They threw much of the debris over a hill on my property instead of hauling it away as they were suppose to...I would highly discourage anyone from using this company.

I've used the Weed Man (arm of DeVisser Landscape) for two years.   Full service in year one at a home I bought and then airation/seeding the second year.   They put a small plastic sign in my yard every time they come by, leave an invoice on the door, and drive a truck with a nice logo.

He cut the cable wire to my cable services, till this date they have not called me back and have not set a bill for the service. The other issue they came at 8:30 am on a Saturday without notice. I had to beg the cable company to get someone out to rewire my home.

We never know when they are coming, they just come.

The providers were courteous and professional. They first introduced themselves and listened to me as to what I expected.  They provided their service quickly and efficiently.  They said  they would keep an eye on my lawn for returning weeds, whenever they were in the neighborhood.   I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was not available during the service but they performed good work.The weed control made a big difference. I did not get chance to meet the workers. Overall it was good work.

I called and asked to speak with the manager. Reported that I did not request their services this year, that I did not receive the services that they had billed for, and that I was very unhappy with the weeds in my yard after two summers of having their "service".

I would use them again.

So far, everything seems fine. The company is professional, and the salesperson was responsive to all of my questions. I haven't really meet anyone who has done my lawn yet, as I work during the day, but they always leave a note telling me what they did and asking me to call them if I have a problem or question.

I'm not sure the length of time between treatments - the aereation is about 3 weeks between treatments. I've been with him for 2 years. I've got a pretty bad looking lawn and have tried several different companies. He's been doing pretty good so far - it's looking much better than it was before I started with Weed Man.
