We called about boarding our dogs over Christmas break. They were not the least bit friendly on the phone plus they informed me they charged a "holiday" surcharge. We decided to try elsewhere where we had a much more friendly reception at a cheaper rate. Same type of service with play yards, etc. Perhaps they are good, but after that 1st call, I won't be calling them again.

As always, Derspinna was great from the moment I arranged for my two dogs to stay until the minute I picked them up. When I was young and we would kennel the dog while we went out of town, she was always a mess when I got back and it'd be a few days until she was normal. I pick up Maya and Freddie and they're always happy. They seem to really care about the dogs and the options that you have are also great. I've recommended them to everyone I know. Also, both of my dogs are considered dangerous breeds as I have a rottie and a pit mix. They love them just much as any dog there.

The staff at Derspinna is always go pleasant. Our dog, Blue, loves going there. There are always dogs for him to play with and he gets tons of exercise while being boarded. Their facility is very large and very well kept. Would highly recommend!

They were recommended by a friend. I would recommend them to others. They are very friendly, very contentious and very responsible. I have left my dog there for years and years. I will continue to use them.

The first time we took him, we also had him groomed and were very happy with the results. This past week he started whining in the car when he realized where we were going. He was excited to get out of the car and go into the kennels. Both times he came home happy and tired. We felt very comfortableleaving him. The kennels were cleanand the play areas had lots of room for exercise and toys to play with. The only drawback for us was their drop off and pick up timesover the weekend. We worked itout and considering his care in our absence, it was worth any inconvenience.
