We worked with the cleaning service for three years. Some providers did a good job of cleaning, others took advantage of us not being at home and only showed up and did not do the job that was asked. We were suddenly cancelled after three years because the person cleaning our house moved out of state. Isn't a cleaning service supposed to provide a replacement? I would not recommend this service.

Response from Cleaning America, Inc
I received a voicemail on Thursday evening 1/10/13 from client. I immediately returned her call. This was the first I was hearing of this incident. I asked her if there was anything we could do on our end. I also told her if there was anything she needed from us to please call us. I then called the cleaner and let her go. She is no longer with our company effective 1/10/13.
