They scheduled us in immediately, the man who came over was professional and did a good job. The drains run again. The price has more than doubled in the last couple of years, which is why I'm giving them a "B" instead of an "A".

That was really good. They were very good and very quick about it surprisingly because I thought it would take them hours to pump it out and it took them about one hour to get it all down to the bottom. The guy was very informative very much like the Nelson guy telling us exactly what needed to be done and how to prevent it from doing it again. It wasn't as much as I thought it was gonna be. He explained exactly what he was doing and how the septic tank was working and how we could keep it from clogging up in the future. I'd give them A for everything.

The gentleman who came out to do the dig was timely, polite, and even considerate of the end result, appearance-wise, as we currently have our home on the market. The dig was done efficiently, working together with Zimmerman Plumbing to complete the job. The job in its entirety was completed in under a day, and the contractor even tidied up my front "lawn" and preserved the cement slab in the front, in an effort to maintain appearances as much as possible. This company is wonderful, and all efforts were made to make this as pleasant an experience for me. The repair was a painful pill to swallow but I would hire this company many times over. Fantastic job!

They were suppose to here anytime 2p-4p. They were late due to the office giving the driver the wrong address. When he arrived he went right to work, explained everything he was doing and the issues he found. Price was around what I had expected. Due to tank not being pumped in over 30 years he was here longer than the hour we had been quoted. But, we knew that was probably going happen. They are scheduled to return on the 28th to replace the outlet baffle.

They came out within hour of my call and they always kept me in the loop of what was going on. I had two tanks and I didn't know it. There is a line between the two tanks and it turned out that line had broken. They were very efficient to come right back out and to repair that as well.

Came out SAME DAY! I called them at 7:52 hoping not to get answering
Service, and the owner answered, he was very nice, especially that
early in the day, and promised same day service later in day! They came precisely at that time! I did not think this happened anymore in this day and age? Well now I can answer that, fortunately! In a short time, our problem was solved, and they were very nice to my wife on top if everything else! We are very pleased, Dr. Mike S.

Well at first, the guy couldn't find the lid to the septic tank so he dug a hole about 6 foot by 3 foot in my yard, He had to call the secretary to ask her to look in our file from two years ago to get the measurements to the lid. Would have been a lot easier and less damaging to my lawn if he had just done that to begin with.
Then as he was pumping the septic tank, he stopped and told me that his truck had 'lost suction' and he would have to go back to the shop and get a different truck. Then when he finished pumping he actually left the hole there without filling it in. So I was left with a 6'by 3' by 1'deep hole in the back yard. I was disgusted and called the manager, Butch and he told me he would have someone come out tomorrow to fix it. But in the meantime, my husband who knows how picky I am about my lawn, tried to fix it himself. So, now I will have to pay for a landscaping company to come out, dig up the sod, fill the hole and tamp down the soil properly and then put the sod back on.
Never will I use this company again. I have pictures of the hole they left but don't know where to put them on here.
Response from Clean Earth Environmental Contracting
"We have a fleet of professionally maintained trucks and even with that sometimes can experience equipment issues but quickly change our schedule to get the job done. I am sorry this happened and it is our policy to refill any hole we make unless instructed by our customer.we wanted to come back out to fill in the hole but was told not to worry about it. I cannot guarantee that any of our staff will never make a mistake but we will always strive to make it right"

nowI think it went well. But even though I'm a good handyman, I don't know enough about septic tanks. I do know that this one had not been serviced for 21 or more years and they got it working again in less than a day. They warned me about possible future trouble with the drywells since they were full. The workers pumped out the larger group of these and we're hoping they'll have time to recover. I won't really know about how well the fix worked until more time goes by and the wells either fail or don't.

So after writing this and seeing an Angie's list suggestion to call them and talk with them, I did so. Initially, I was told the person overcharged me because he didn't understand pricing for the risers. Then they called back and gave me the risers for free. So, I'm happy but I think it only happened because I told them I was putting the story on Angie's list.

On Friday, April 26, Clean Earth cashed the check they said they were going to tear up. i called them on monday, they apologized and sent a check.
Response from Clean Earth Environmental Contracting
"We value each and every one of our customers. Our onsite tech made a mistake by not charging the quoted estimate given for risers. Our company also made an internal mistake by depositing the check after telling our customer we would send it back. We cannot claim to never make mistakes rather learn from them and move on from them. The customer should have been charged for the quoted $345 for risers , we felt that a full refund would would be the best way to show our appreciation to a loyal customer for the last ten years and to apologize for any problems and frustration this may have caused."

First time we pumped at this house, my drawings left a lot to be desired but he was able to quickly figure out where tanks were, not exactly where both of our drawings said! Great service.

I have used them to empty my tank twice in the last five years. Their pricing is the best in town, they show up on time, and their people are nice and professional. I would recommend them for septic work.

I emailed them using the form on their website to request an appointment. They called within an hour or so to offer an option of appointment times during the next day. I was given a 2 hour window appointment and they arrived on time within that 2 hour window. They also called me 10 minutes before their arrival to say that the truck was on its way. Once the truck arrived, I was greeted by Matt who did an awesome job finding the septic tank access hatch. He did a lot of digging by hand and was apologetic for digging up so much lawn. It wasn't a big area (maybe 2-3 square feet) and I really didn't care. The pump out took about 20 minutes. Matt gave me a lot of good information about my septic system. The house did not come with any instructions so I was very appreciative. At the end of it all, my tank was empty, the lawn was put back together and the yard was left clean. The cost of the 1000 gallon tank job was $215. Matt gave me a $15 gift certificate to use on the job, so it would have been $230. He also said the digging part of the job is usually $40 or $70 (I forget which) but he said he wouldn't charge me. I would recommend these guys to everyone! My experience was outstanding!!!

They pumped out 2,000 gallons and it took less than an hour. The worker was friendly and I would rate them highly in every category.
