Stay away from this company. David Chenoweth sold me on one thing and the company that uses his name delivered something completely different. Poor workmanship, delays, unwillingness to fix roofing problems, incorrect installation, etc., etc., etc. I have pictures, professional inspection report, and massive list of problems. They eventually quit responding to my requests. Never again.

The quality of the installed roof was good. That was 2005. As the years past it got impossible to get them to respond to me for maintenance. Phone calls never responded to, emails remaining unanswered, and paper letters the same. Finally after months of trying they suggested a sum. But I had follow up questions. Once again no response. I literally hand delivered a copy of my last letter to their office and put it into the hand of the hapless secretary. No reply. They claim to have ,and I quote from their promotional materials we received " . . .a responsive full-time Service Department that quickly addresses our customer's needs." This is incorrect as of this and past years. A very negative experience and therefore I do not recommend this company. It was far too much money to be treated in this manner.
