He was prompt, accurate in his selections to show me, flexible in scheduling, polite, and positive and knowledgeable.  He never pressed me after I decided to stop looking but did, on occasion, send me a listing he thought might be perfect for me.  I usually drove by the suggested properties but finally decided that buying was not going to be the best solution to my needs.  I told him that and thanked him for his excellent service, and his non-agressive, or in any way negative contacts.  He was always professional, and positive.  I would highly recommend him as a real estate sales person.

Bill had to deal with government red tape to get us into our home.  He spent sleepless nights going over the details and making sure that nothing was missed.  His professional and personal interactions with the seller and all parties concerned were above requirements.  His sound advice and ideas were most appreciated.  When he finished the sale, he went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with our purchase.  We felt like we had gained a friend and we will be inviting him and his family to our home when we finish with repairs.
