Great. No complaints. Worked well with my insurance company and provided solid service. Would return in the future if needed.

1. It was like they took finger nail polish and painted in the holes.

2. After the work was done I trusted them but when I later looked under my car at the "new" under body liner they installed, it was old and nasty.

3. When I brought my car in it had the original stainless steel muffler.  I discovered later that they changed out my muffler without telling me.  

I feel that since I'm a woman they thought they could cut corners and take advantage.

When I contacted the estimater, I was really blown off. It was suggested that the colorations would probably blend over time and he could fix the wiper !!

I stated he would not repair any broken part, but replace with a new part and that colors dont magically blend together ! I must take the car back to them for the bumper to be installed and to resolve all the other issues.This will again be for another week. My insurance company told me I must give them the oppurtunity to make the car "whole". If they refuse, then the insurance adjuster will go to battle.
The very fact that the car was sent back to customr in this shape is quite astounding !
I will be fighting this fight until it is corrected. I would NEVER recomend anyone using this shop.

My 2001 S10 ZR2 was damaged by a collision while parked several years ago. The repairs consisted of: new tire, rim, steering box, fender, tie rods, ball joints. I'm marking them down for quality because service grade parts were used for the tie rod ends and ball joint, and they wore out very quickly. I also had to take the vehicle back for a clearance issue with the front fender and steering adjustment. Some paint was damaged on the fender flares with masking tape used for painting the replacement fender. Before the repair I had considered taking my 1977 Olds Omega there for paint work, but not after.

Great communication. -- Very attentive and friendly staff. Work was performed fast and efficiently. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment, showed up promptly and had to wait for estimate. The estimator was not very helpful or knowledgeable. I did not pursue them for repair of my car paint.
