We found this company on Angie's List and visited based on good reviews. We dropped the truck off in the am to have the and quot;check engineand quot; light evaluated. Before the end of the day, the company called us saying that they weren't sure what was wrong and planned to turn off the light and have my husband drive the truck through the weekend to see if the light came back (could the light have just been a malfunction of a 10 year old vehicle...) Originally, they told my husband there was a approximately $50 charge for diagnostic (if nothing was done)--but ended up not charging us anything because they couldn't find what was wrong.
Approximately a week later the light was back on. This time we couldn't drop the car off and I had to wait for diagnostic and service. The company made a good effort to work the truck in quickly and this time were able to find what was wrong. They presented the problem to me with options for fixing it. (I'm not a car person, so they had to use little words and explanations for me). I think I spent a total of 1-1.5 hrs there.
I was happy with the service and people and would visit them again if needed.

They are really dependable and honest. They go above and beyond. They did a couple of other things and did not charge me for it. I highly recommend them. I trust them. They are very courteous. I just like the way they work. They are not cheaper than other places, but they are fair. Overall, they are really good. They have been in this business for quite a while.
