They were excellent. I had called other tree companies and no one had responded. One day, this company was working on my neighbor's trees and they came over and did the work on mine that same day. They came the next day and ground up the stump and even their price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Took care of the job in about an hour same day as they came to the door doibg other work in the neighborhood. Cut trees in a foot of snow and did reasonable clean up. Came back after snow melted and completed stump cutting flush as requested and finished minor cleanup. Very pleased with their services.

Everything went really well. If you are looking to have some trees cut at least consider calling these guys before you accept the quote from somebody else.

They were very prompt, had the job done in about an hour, cleaned up the site to a satisfactory level. Crew was friendly. They actually showed up a bit before the time I expected them. I would use them again. As always, be sure everyone understands the work to be done, as I didn't have a written estimate for this job, but it was done properly and priced at the verbal estimate I had received.

We were overall happy with how it was all handled. Wish they would have done some more clean up in the yard, but that may be our fault for not talking that over with them to begin with.

The crew was fast and efficient. I think they spent more time cleaning up than it took to cut down the tree. Left the yard clean of any debris.

They were exceptionally professional, and performed the tree removal and cleanup better than our expectations for a very fair price. They were mindful of favorite parts of our landscape, and avoided damaging anything. We would not hesitate to hire 4 Seasons again, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service in the area.

4 seasons was recommended to me by a co-worker. I called them out and they rescheduled twice before showing up the third time late. That's why the D rating. However, the price 4 seasons gave us was something we could afford so we agreed. They missed their appointments to show up again but when they did show, they finished the job in a day. When I came home, I will say I couldn't have been more IMPRESSED with their clean up I was startled and immediately called friends and family to share what a wonderful job they had done. They had stacked the wood in roughly four piles, smallest to largest. All the smaller branches with leaves were gone and what was left was the hard wood, perfect for splitting and selling. They even went so far as to ensure that paths between the piles allowed for easily getting to the back yard and front drive. Of course, they had offered to take that wood too but my brother has six kids and warms his house with a wood burner so I had plans for the wood already. The quality of clean up was totally professional.
If I need servicing in the future, which I will, I would call 4 seasons again and I would recommend to a friend. They take credit. They also will negotiate, if you're into that kind of thing.

After I got the assessment I was told that his crew was finishing another job in the neighborhood and if I like would be able to do my trees that afternoon, and I was please and they came and did there job.Cleaned all the debris and removed all the wood , even blowed away the sawdust at my neighbors yard. I am very happy with the work they did and the price was good.

The arborist (Monkey Man) showed up when promised to look at my property and explained which trees were dead and why and came up with a plan to fit my budget. I am so happy that we pulled the trigger on the job since one of the larger trees was cracked
on the inside and had the potential of doing major damage to life and property in the near future. He had a crew on site the same day as he gave my quote.
James the lead and crew showed up on time and due to the proximity of the trees completed the task in two days. All the guys were professional and polite even when I was asking 1000 question.
I highly recommend 4 Seasons Tree Services and will definitely use them when needed.

I would recommend James and his team without any hesitation. While at our lot our neighbors were able to negotiate work for their own properties. It turned out to be a great deal for the various neighbor's that came together for their services.
The crew members were very professional and courteous. These guys are hard workers.
My husband is so happy with the team he's recommended James to folks living on adjacent blocks and to his doctor.
I would recommend James and his team 100%!

Returned my initial call promptly. The estimator showed up a bit after the scheduled appointment BUT called to let us know he was running late. After we asked them to do the removal, we were told it would be a week or so and they would call to give us a better time frame. Said they would work us in earlier if possible. Two days later we were called to see if they could come out that afternoon! They brought their equipment in (laying down plywood so no ruts would be left in the yard) and got to work. They were polite, professional and much faster than we expected. They left the yard very tidy. We were impressed.

These guys are great. I got a quote and a crew of 6 showed up the later in the day and they worked like a well oiled machine. The crew chief was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain costs and procedures before the work began. Once started, these guys worked hard and everyone knew what they were doing. The trees came down and the stumps got ground, the trimming was done and clean up completed the job. They took extra care to not harm any of the other trees and property. I am very impressed and pleased. I will hire them again when needed and I expect the same great results. Pricing was fair as I got other estimates for the job so all in all, everything went very well.

Made an appointment for the following week after getting quote from owner. Suddenly got phone call saying they had a cancellation and could work same day. Awesome. We were ready to write a check or use credit card, but after they arrived on site it was "cash only" since "it was the weekend and my crew needs to get paid". Whatever, so we had to make special trip to bank (and wait til it opened) to get cash. Weird that anyone does payouts like that these days.
Crew began work on time. The on-site manager/crew chief (?) asked if we thought we needed any additional work done. I agreed and a price was negotiated for the work and affirmed via the supervisor who came back to assess and OK the job. The actual cutting and removal they did was quick and efficient.
Then out of nowhere, one of the crew leaders began loudly b******* and complaining up a storm to anyone who would listen (including us, the homeowner/client) that someone "must have been bribed" to do the cut, "someone pocketed the cash", "Did you bribe him (cash) to do that cut?" and "that's a $500 cut and he's only paying "X" amount!". This was outrageous, very unnerving, very unprofessional and extremely irritating to us. This individual had a big mouth and no client needs to hear this crap. Shut up about any of your personal "issues" and take it back to the owner or the supervisor later.
It also turned out that the guy doing the major cuts way up in the bucket was on his first day on the job. This crew leader was also furious and very vocal that they and he "shouldn't have been left alone to do cuts that large" by the supervisors/managers and that more team members should have remained on the job site to assist them due to safety issues. And this is happening with a huge limb hanging over my house.
How would you feel as a homeowner/client when issues of money and safety are brought up in the middle of your service? Not very good. I've worked in the landscape service industry and as an environmental steward and logger. I know what it's like to be left alone in the woods dropping 100' trees by myself without even a two-way radio.
Also, our contract stipulated to have the really nice standing dead wood tree chipped and left for us as mulch. I reminded the crew at least TWICE about this while on-site. They left at 5 pm without leaving the chips. Turns out my neighbor asked for them and they dumped them at his house! It took 4 days to get crappy, raw, live-wood chips with sticks mixed in delivered- and with a bag of (human? dog?) poop mixed in on top of it! (Was this 'revenge' from the team leader?) They also broke a paver, dented the gutter out and didn't replace the hardscaping they moved. All we got was a $40 refund (because "that's all the cash he had on" him) after I informed the company/owner to all of the above. That's not "taking care of it".

This was actually second time I used this company. First time was for tree trimming and this time to remove three trees. I recommend highly. Estimates were given within a day of request. Both quotes were the best I had received from a number of different companies. Job started immediately and was completed in a professional and timely manner. Customer satisfaction is of the highest priority with this company and I plan to use for any future projects.
