That was a very cold winter but one morning that was not as frigid as most I came home from work to a cold house. I called Griffiths at 8 o clock and by 8:30 the service tech. was at my door. He promptly diagnosed the problem and explained my options. I opted for a new furnace. He then did a temporary fix on my furnace to safely get me through the day. The next day they were there with my new unit and had it installed and the old one disposed of and mess cleaned up in no time at all. The price matched the quote and the service was excellent.
