The 1st time I ordered 4 windows, the installation and quality of the windows was great. I ordered 3 more windows, they told me I would ne be patient for getting them installed because the installers don't like traveling to Hart for only 3 windows. That wasn't a problem. About 6 months later they came to do the windows. When they measured the windows they made a mistake and 1 of the windows would not fit. Not a problem they will order a replacement. It has now been an additional 1 year and still have not seen the window. They have had it in stock for months and they say they can't find anyone that is good enough to do it. For the last couple months they will not return an email or phone call.

Great work for time it took to get project going.

We finally decided to replace our 20+ year old windows and chose Window Depot of West Michigan, because of their professionalism and no pressure sales presentation. The installation took just a day and the clean up was meticulous. I highly recommend Window Depot of West Michigan!!!

Last fall (2021) we had Window Depot of West Michigan install seven slide-by windows in our four-season Sunroom. Itâ s made a big difference through the Winter months. That room used to be 2-3 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. With the Provia brand windows installed, that roomâ s temperature stays consistent compared to the rest of house, and thereâ s no need to run a space heater anymore. Also, with the old windows we had a problem with condensation when temperatures dropped below 20 degrees (we keep our humidity between 45-50%), the new windows solved this issue. Full disclosure: I have worked with Tom Oosterhouse over the years as a painter for his home remodeling and new construction business. I know Tom to be very meticulous, detail oriented and had complete confidence that his crew would be thorough and professionalâ ¦We were not disappointed. You can expect a no pressure sales call and competitive pricing. Installation was quick (one day), very clean, and tight fitting. With the color selections available we were able to match the inside and outside of our home perfectly. There was no disruption to the existing trim or walls. We are very satisfied with our new windows and would like to thank Tom and his crew for a terrific experience!

When looking to get new windows we had 3 companies come out to give quotes. We really liked what Tom at Window Depot had to offer. He wasn't exactly the cheapest but he was the most honest, up front and worked with us well. His windows stood out to us as well. He gave us updates on when the windows would arrived and was spot on. His installers were great inside my home. My wife works from home with a 3 year old and the installers were super respectful and even let my child watch. I couldn't say one bad thing in my experience with Tom. I would recommended every time.

We replaced all the windows in our house. There was great communication and service throughout the planning and execution of the project and they were great in working with our schedule.

Brent was very honest he came in to our house and didn't try to push his business on us. He showed us his product and gave us a quote. He was on top of things. The installers were great as well the did good quality work very quickly. They did about 30 windows in two days. Plus I lie the option of a two tone window to match my house.

The installers were young men who were very qualified to replace our new windows! Hard workers, professional, and a pleasure to have them around. The hard work paid off...our windows look beautiful. They installed 7 windows and were leaving after 3 hours. The quality of these windows and the personnel of the team is awesome! This was not their first rodeo! I would highly recommend Tom and his workers again!
