 + -1 moreI was told in April, when I paid, that this was a couple days job. It's now nearly 6 weeks later, and they're still giving me the runaround on why they they're always delayed. Please see the image of how my yard looks over 5 weeks after paying them. They have lied/delayed for over a month now, and it's still not finished. Avoid this company at all costs.

Description of Work: Called to see if they would do an repair assessment on irrigation and if would be available today, with an arrogant attitude they told me they don't have people just sitting around, therefore I have to schedule few days in advance. I get the scheduling, but the attitude doesn't make me a potential happy customer.

Description of Work: I initially had the provider install underground sprinkling system in my new home almost 4 years ago. I was told they provided a free winterization with the install. I called for that service and was told I was never a customer. Come to find out the team that did my install were stealing parts, using company truck and employees but pocketing the money on the side. They both ended up getting fired. West Michigan ended up honoring the agreement. I used them for 1 1/2 years after for my start up and shutdowns. The provider is fairly expensive. I was able to find a small company that is much more reasonable price and just as reliable.
