They were just fine.

I contacted ORKIN in early June to investigate a gnawing sound coming from my walls/ceiling.  He couldn't come for at least two weeks later.  When he was suppose to come he telephoned and wanted to change the date.  I said that was not possible.  He arrived in the late afternoon and checked the crawlspace, attic and yard and did not see any evidence of any rodents.  He did notice some holes in the crawlspace area and filled them with foam as well as the corners of the building where gaps in the vinyl siding could provide access points.  He left a bait trap next to the house with poison.  The sounds persisted and he came back a week later to check the bait trap to see if any of the poison was disturbed.  It was not.  The bait trap was placed in the crawlspace area and all of the plugs previously installed were removed.  I dead mouse was found in the crawl space, but it was not clear how long it had been there.  The noise continued in the walls/ceiling and I called ORKIN, left messages, and called HQ.  My calls were not returned.  My neighbor had problems with carpenter ants which make a sound similar to the one I was hearing.  Orkin was not responding to my pleas so I contacted an insect specialist who found no evidence of carpenter ants.  In late July, ORKIN  came for their monthly visit.  In the meantime, I had written ORKIN within my first 30 days of service to cancel my contract and request a refund since I was not pleased with their service and the problem was not solved.  A supervisor contacted me and came to investigate as well suggesting I needed gutter guards to prevent rodents from climbing into my downspouts and reaching the roof.  That afternoon, the regular ORKIN man arrived and spayed for insects and put out another bait trap.  The first bait trap still had no evidence of any bait being eaten.  Still the sound continues  in the house without a solution.  I installed gutter guards and the problem still exists.  ORKIN came for their final visit in August and sprayed for insects, filled more holes with foam.  In the meantime, I caught two mice in the garage using a sticky trap and a conventional mouse trap.  However, the gnawing sound is still occurring everyday.  I asked ORKIN, again for my money back since they still have not solved my problem.

They would send me a bill stating they had provided service on the properties, but my tenants would tell me they never came. I would call the office and they wouldn't respond. I contacted the business manager, more than once, and they didn't help me at all.

We use them usually seasonally. They're expensive, but good, especially for mosquitoes.

The initial service went off without a hitch. Arrived on time, treated for both kinds of ants both inside and out. Also took care of minor carpet beetle infestation. They came back 4 weeks later to re-treat, and will then come back every other month for a year. The only thing I didn't like was having to sign a year long contract. This is not a cheap service, but they know what they are doing.

The first time they come to the house, they spray everywhere...I was concerned about pets and did some research online and spoke with the person spraying who assured me this was safe for dogs. After that, they came to the house every other month, during the spring summer they also go outside. Very professional, on time and are flexible as to when they come to the house.

He was on time and thorough.

Doug (the representative) came very promptly and was very professional. Within three hours of his departure, there was a dead mouse on my kitchen floor. While this was initially unpleasant, I've seen no signs of mouse activity since in my house.

ALWAYS ON TIME, AND THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, AND THEY WERE NEAT AND GOT THE WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND THEY MADE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A BUG YET. IF YOU EVER NEED TO DEBUG OR CHECK FOR BUGS THEY ARE THE ONES TO CALL. THEY ARE VERY, VERY NICE. I WOULD CONSIDER THEM VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEM.

THEY HAD THEY'RE JOB DONE BEFORE THEY SAID, AND THEY WERE NEVER LATE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND HONEST. IF I EVER HAVE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS THEY ARE NEVER HESITANT TO RESPOND WITH AN ANSWER.

I THOUGHT THAT THIS COMPANY DID JUST AN AVERAGE JOB. THE SERVICE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, BUT THEN IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE. FOR THE PRICE I PAID I THINK THE QUALITY SHOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER.

THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO COME PUT ONCE A YEAR AND THEY JUST SHOW UP TO SPRAY. THEY SEND OUT A CARD A WEEK BEFORE TO REMIND US WHICH IS VERY NICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THEIR SPRAY REALLY WORKS. THEY COME OUT EVERY TWO MONTHS AND SPRAY. WHEN I FIRST CALLED THEM, THEY CAME OUT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB FOR ME.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENTS. I ALSO APPRECIATE HOW THEY ALWAYS ASK IF I HAVE SEEN ANY BUGS, OR IF I HAVE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH BUGS. THEY ARE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
