Koetje Builders Inc

Randy was the owner of Koetje Builders Inc. They did a very good job. They stood behind everything they did. I was very impressed with them. I was very pleased with their contractor. They did a very good job; you could not tell that it was not the original. Their warranty was two years. Moreover, this was about eight years of warranty. They did discount it but I thought that was quite good too. It was certainly during the warranty period, which was two years, I called Koetje up, Randy came out or somebody came out, there was never a charge and they got right on to it. They did nice work, were very dependable and what they said they would do, they did. This guy just made everything work. There were problems; well, he built a house. There would be a problem or two but this guy made it work. If I build another house, I would go with him. In terms of price, he is not a discount builder. You get what you pay for, in that sense, I don’t think he takes shortcuts. He is not a discount builder but he is not a high priced builder either. You bet I would use his services again in the future.
