The owner, Josh, made an appointment for 3:30 on Tuesday, 10/21/14 to come give me an estimate for leave removal, gutter cleaning and removing and replacing some chain link fence.  He did not show up at the appointed time,didn't call to say he wasn't coming and here it is five days later, and he has not responded to several texts and a few phone calls asking to at least let me know whether he has changed his mind about wanting to give me a quote.  No response whatsoever.

Called company and spoke to owner, Josh. Asked him for a driveway plow and he promptly came out and charged me $20. I gave him $25 for the extra drive from Jenison to Kentwood. A few weeks later I called Josh again and set up a per appointment. He never showed up and finally texted me he was having back plow issues and that he could do it after midnight...I should have taken him up on it. That was the last time I spoke to him as he stopped returning my calls. He really left me in a bind. He is extremely unreliable!

I never pursued them, as I felt they didn't want the job.

It took about a week to get the free estimate and another couple days to schedule the appointment. After all that, the owner, Josh, never showed up and didn't call. Then he didn't bother to return our calls.
