Both toilets continued "running" after repair requiring a call back. Although work was guaranteed, an invoice was generated for call back work. A phone call resolved the call back charge. We felt overall charges for work done were exorbitant!

Showed up early looked over the jobs to determine what parts he needed. Went for the parts returned and did the job. Very polite would use again. Thank you.  

Steve was very polite and professional on the phone and in person. I called them on the morning of the 28th with a hot water heater problem. Their schedule was full for the day, Steve called back and agreed to do the job the next morning. I had already trouble shotted the problem and located the part (with help from the manufacture) but could not purchase the valve due to restrictions placed by the manufacture. East End picked up the part and only marked it up a small amount, however the labor charge was a little high. I don't begrudge any one making a profit but $213. for truck and labor fee (job took aprox 1.25hr) is a little high. My total bill was $360.
They did a good job and got me on the schedule right away and restored hot water, so I would call them again. I would however get more detail on charges in advance.

We were very pleased by the service we received. Phone calls were answered and returned promptly and they showed up right on time. He spent about 45 minutes to fix our problem and was very friendly.

The men came right out to my home the same day that I called them and fixed a faulty drain pipe located in the back of toilet bowl. They did this in under an hour and cleaned up really well after they were done. The men were courteous, responsive to my questions and I will use them again.
