It went great. I called them and they were over in less than 30 minutes. They had my garage door fixed in less than 30 minutes and only charged me for a service call. They were professional and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. They explained that because of the dent in the door, and where the dent was there might be an additional sound when I close the door but not to be concerned about that. I was thrilled to have the door fixed in less than 1 hour and it's been working excellently since it was fixed.
