+ -1 moreMade a special effort to get me a quotation. Was pleasant when I told him I intended to get other prices. Best On The Block was the best price. When given the order, they were pleasingly responsive. I paid in full before the came back to put on water repellent, as they came across as trustful. They did indeed return when weather allowed to complete the project with the repellent.

I have even offered Joe to have others contact me so they can touch, feel and see all the work. I have no financial or other gains from doing so. I just am glad to see such an honest and talented professional in what often seems like a sea of corruption. Thank you Joe!
Description of Work: Joe’s work, skill, honesty and professionalism are exceptional. I started with some pavers where he did an exceptional job. At the end we were talking how someday I would love to stone the back of my house to look at from our pool. One problem, the look and quality were so fantastic I had to do the rest of my home. I am so glad I did. Everyone loves it, family, neighbors and friends. We love the look, quality and overall look of all the work.
