They were quick. What happened was, we needed apart and the oven is actually old (it is 19 years old). He gave us options and he was honest saying that the part may not be available anymore which I appreciated. He was honest and got the job done in a fast time. He gave us answer to our problems right away.

They were very expensive but they were the only one in my area that serviced what I had done. They seemed to go everywhere and they seemed to be everywhere. If they're the only ones who can do the work I need, I would have to use them again in the future.

Sears was not that experienced. I had to take the glasses back, the lens fell out of the other pair of glasses. I have taken them back and they put the lens back in and it still kept popping out. The money that I paid for the glasses was not worth it.
