ROSS REAL ESTATE GROUP

Richard Ross is extremely unprofessional.  His receptionist is hard of hearing and yells at you for mumbling EVERY time you call and even when you talk in person.  His office is in a house that is not well kept up.  When I called him, he refused to give me the address of the house that we were headed too and wouldn't even tell me what road it was on.  I felt uncomfortable around him and the large group of guys he was surrounded with.  He was wearing jeans, a basketball jersey and a sideways flat billed hat on a Monday afternoon during work hours.  He not only dressed like a teenager but also was surrounded by young boys all dressed the same and acting unprofessional.  I refused to ride with him so I followed behind in my car and when we pulled up to the house, the property was unlocked and the power had been turned off.  He informed me that he must have forgot to pay the bill.  He kept forgetting my name and said that the seller had turned down every offer so far so if I wanted it, I had better come in higher than what they were asking.  We currently have an offer in on the house, through a different agent (as we had signed to only work with her anyways) and he hadn't even picked up the paperwork until the day that we requested an answer.  I would absolutely never let this man sell a house or even buy one from him.
