The work Bob did for us was done well and on time.

Started on a Thursday that was choosen to fit both our schedules. Bob said he expected to complete the job by the end of the next week and did finish on Friday of the next week, right on schedule. The sag in the roof was 8 to 10" and he and his crew were able to do all the work from the inside without causing a problem for the roof shingles which will allow me a couple more years before requiring a re-roofing job. The sags were completely eliminated. Bob and two, sometines three, other workers arrived every morning on time and worked hard all day. All were very polite and professional. The last day, Friday, was spent cleaning up, vacuuming, dusting and replacing the furnature. I was very pleased with the job and have had no reason to hve them come back to correct anything they did or didn't do

.

My overall experience with them was real good. I liked the quality of their work it was good. I just heard of them from word of mouth. They were on time.

I contacted Mr. Erke around July the second asking if he could repair an existing wall/door leak. We worked through answering machines. He arrived on July 10, 2013 with a crew. Diagnosed the problem after doing some significant dissambly of the siding in an around a stacked set of Door walls of which the first floor one and the ceiling over it was leaking. Two hours later after repairs everything was reassembled. And his parting words were he frlt the problem was ressolved but if not he lives in the area to call him back.

He seemed very knowledgeable. He came out right away. I had a very favorable impression of him. The only problem is that he is very busy so it will be awhile before he can get to the project. I subsequently emailed him a few times and he always answers right back and give real answers. I just asked him about materials for the door. He told me that he would tell me when he could come out and I haven't asked him about it. He focuses on one job at a time and he is in a major job right now building a barn.

He got it done quickly. He's done a few things here. He redid our entire drywall ceiling in the past and came out and looked at a roof. He just fixed a shingle and didn't even charge. He doesn't overcharge because I'd had somebody come and look at the roof and they said I needed a new roof. Then he got up there and said there were just two shingles out of line and he fixed it. So, he's an honest contractor. He was recommended by another person who was in the business.
